Renee Davis was born and raised on Chicago's Southside. She has a background of over 15 years in customer service and 8 years in retail management, and brings professionalism, friendliness, and a strong desire to take care of those around her when working with her clients.

Renee Davis's natural ability to lead, connect, and care for others was introduced to her at a very young age. Her late grandmother, Izora Davis was one of the founding members and director of Lakefront Community Organization (LCO), a non-profit company founded to advocate for the rights of public-housing residents. Her mother, Michelle, worked for LCO with her mom, and did social service work for twenty-five years. In addition to that, her mom has written a novel, memoir, screenplay, and a series of unpublished poems, books, etc. Needless to say, Renee has a strong foundation and the generations before Renee set the tone for her success.
